McDonald's in Haldensleben

Unfortunately, half of our order was missing! No ketchup, no sauces with the nuggets, NO toys in the Happy Meals (despite demand)! Then there were sad children's eyes at home 😑

Sorry bad service. Staff have no plan and are not very friendly, prefer to stand around and chat instead of caring about the customers on the drive in, that is food cold and half of it is missing but it was paid for in full.

Maybe you should consider hiring staff who can read. It can't be that I order 3 burgers and only get one of the 3, which is also cold. The chocolate milkshake I ordered was strangely white and completely tasteless. So, as always, it was a great experience at McDonald's Haldensleben!

We drove there on Christmas Day, outside the stand: Open from 9:00 a.m., employees were in the restaurant, saw us in the drive-inn and hid. It was 9:50 am when this happened. Service concept? Zero. Absolutely fresh preparation. Potato wedges were so fresh and hot that you could hardly touch them. Special requests are met perfectly. It has to be like that.

You can't call that "changing area". The folding part on the wall was hardly to be found next to cleaning products and children's chairs in the storage room. It wasn't even enough for a mattress / pad. Real impertinence. No wonder my baby screams like a stick. Restaurant was ok, but this chamber should be thought about.

Unfortunately no AMEX. The nonsense with the compulsory ordering on the panel leads to the idea of ​​going over to the competition.
